convenient location easy walk daily breakfast worn shower slight urine smell old wardrobe

The location was very convenient for exploring. boboli gardens were an easy walk. breakfast was available every day of my stay. I enjoyed it.

The shower felt a bit worn. the small bathroom had a slight urine smell. the old wardrobe smelled strongly. I could not use it.

unavailable fruit noisy air conditioning

I found some aspects disappointing. the advertised complimentary fruit was often unavailable. the air conditioning was quite noisy. It made sleeping difficult. the noise from nearby streets also proved a disturbance during the night. the bathroom was a bit dated and could use some updating. i expected a quieter and more relaxing stay.

delicious breakfast beautiful ambiance perfect location nice touch

the breakfast was a highlight, running from 8-10am. it was relaxing to enjoy the beautiful ambiance while having tea and coffee. complimentary fruit and snacks were available throughout the day, a nice touch. the location was perfect, near attractions.

the room i had wasn't quite as advertised, a minor disappointment.

the hotel sits on a quieter side of the river, close to many tourist attractions. it provided easy access to shopping and restaurants. ponte vecchio and uffizi gallery are nearby.

staff members provided extra information about the city upon check-in, really helpful. a lady managed the hotel and she was lovely and helpful. she could not do enough for us .

the room was stylish and comfortable, with beautiful artwork. the bathroom had clean fixtures and ample space. the bed was comfortable. the hotel rooms design has family flair.

the breakfast setup was fabulous, offering plenty of coffee and tea. there was constant restocking of the buffet. the coffee was AMAZING!!! the hotel offers local experiences.

noisy street blocked showers

The breakfast had much choice and I found that very nice.

The street sounded very noisy. Mosquitos infested the room and that bothered me. The showers did not drain well and this was unacceptable.
